Ed Prichard - Strategic Creative Consultant
Ed has over 20 yea
rs’ experience in agencies of all types above and below the line. He began
his working life as a copywriter before becoming a creative director. He has helped run a number of successful agencies at board level and believes that creativity lies at the heart of any business success. He has broad experience working with brands both in agencies and in brand development.
You’ll know most of the brands he’s worked on including Microsoft, General Motors (EuropeanCD on Opel) and Nokia (Global CD on Nokia Networks at McCann’s). His experience covers agencies and clients of all sizes from three-men-and-a-dog start-ups to blue-chips.
Over the years he has worked across most sectors and in ever kind of media from TV and radio to print and outdoor; direct marketing, ambient and online. He has been recognised with over 30 industry awards including Campaign Direct, D&AD and DMA, and has been nominated at Cannes Direct. He hosted a seminar at the Cannes festival on Word of Mouth Marketing, attended by 400 people. He has been a judge at D&AD, Campaign Direct and for 9 years at the DMA. Ed also runs training courses for the DMA, MCCA and Media Trust. Ed is a full member of D&AD, having had his work featured in the prestigious D&AD annual two years running.
